SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 3 days for processing. All orders will be shipped priority mail within 3-5 business days. During warmer months orders will now only be shipped during weekdays to prevent candles from melting. Please allow at least 7 days for your order to arrive especially during the holiday season. If there are any concerns pertaining to shipping please feel free to email me anytime at KanvasLoft@gmail.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Kanvas Loft will not be accepting any returns at this time. All merchandise are final sale. If an item is received broken or damaged, you can always request a replacement free of charge, or you will be issued a refund for the item to the original form of payment.
